Portland is known for its gorgeous scenery, and the summer months are the best time to enjoy the weather, fresh vegetables and fruits, bike riding, and activities this city offers. There is never a shortage of fun things to do in Portland, and our festivals are no exception!
We are very excited to be taking part in Fremont Fest, a day celebrating the local businesses in the area we call home for Paperjam. This year, we are creating the “Paperjam Court” and inviting a variety of our customers to show their goods and services. There will be local artists selling their cards and prints, Masala Pop selling Indian inspired popcorn, Bridgetown Wines (a wine cart) selling wine by the glass, and more!. We will be offering fresh lemonade and popcorn, PLUS a chance to win $100 in printing. And Paperjam Girl tote bags for the first 25 visitors!!! Visit us at 4730 Fremont St. on August 3rd from 10am-5pm. If you are participating in the festival and need something printed, we are offering 20% off for items specifically printed for Fremont Fest. This can be business cards, postcards, brochures, flyers, posters and small signs. (We suggest a minimum order of $40).
The Mississippi Street Fair is a packed event and will be held on Saturday, July 13th. It celebrates the residences, businesses, and organizations from N. Fremont St to N. Skidmore. It’s a great place to take advantage of seeing wonderful street musicians, buying handmade goods, and chowing down on grub from food carts.
Alberta St. may be best known for their Last Thursday celebrations, but their Street Fair is a day-time, family friendly, and community driven day of fun!! It features vendors from around the city, multiple stages of music, and a beer garden.
The Washington Park Summer Festival features 10 days of music in a family friendly environment in Portland’s beautiful rose garden.
