Update 11/14/20
Multnomah County enters a 4 week freeze beginning 11/18 until at least 12/16.
Paperjam will remain open: we are not in a category of business that is required to close and we are not a high traffic location. We will continue to restrict the store capacity of 2 people and increase our diligence in sanitizing surfaces. Masks are, of course, required.
While we are open, we highly encourage you to get a quote online, call or email us with any questions, and opt to have us mail your proof (free when it fits in a 6×9 envelope!). We can also ship your order to decrease exposure (shipping fees apply). Payments can be made online. Let us know if you need additional safety precautions – we can provide curbside pickup if needed. We all need to work together to remain safe and healthy!
Update 8/17/20
Our brick-and-mortar store is open to the public, but we highly encourage you to place orders and request quotes via our website, emails and the phone.
Update 3/02/22
Looks like we are in a (temporary?) Covid lull which means we’ll all be emaskipated (no masks) soon.
Payment
We prefer online payment or you may call in a credit card number. We still accept cash, check, and card in store, but prefer contactless methods.
Proofs & Order Pickup
We we are happy to mail your proof free of charge as long as your item can fit in a 6 x 9 inch envelope. Anything larger will be charged accordingly. Our store has fairly low foot traffic so we have not implemented curbside pickup for orders. Please let us know if that is a priority for you and we can make arrangements.
Our Store
If you are coming to our store to meet with us or pick up an order, here are our expectations for our customers and ourselves.
Customers:⠀
- Wear a mask & sanitize your hands (we will provide hand sanitizer and a mask if you have forgotten yours)⠀
- Maintain a 6′ distance between customers & employees (max 2 customers in the store at a time)⠀
- Do not enter if you are feeling unwell!⠀
Employees:⠀
- Wear masks
- Sanitize hands often
- Enforce store capacity at 2 and sanitize high touch areas after each customer⠀
