Worthy Prints

Jeff Brawn

Jeff Brawn, a local artist, has created prints with a Portland vibe. We printed them on cotton paper and they look amazing. Pick one up at most of the Tender Loving Empire stores!

The Lemong’o Project

Emily, a local Northeast Portland women, spends some of her time in a small village in Kenya and noticed a 14 year old boy’s talent for art—she gave him some scraps of fabric and he created some colorful images of the local animals.

We made cards for her and she is raising money to help George go to art school. We are delighted to be part of promoting art!

Cha Cha Cha

Lots of new things happening with Javier Hurtado’s Mexican restaurants, Cha Cha Cha! – including a new website! Our talented designer, Julie Roberts, designed the cards for promotion of Cha Cha Cha’s new locations and exemplary healthy menu.

Awesome Margaritas, food crafted with local organic ingredients, certified seafood, hormone-free meats, and salsa made from scratch. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Do You Know?

Do you have a Friends of Trees tree in your neighborhood

At Paperjam, we love trees because they produce one of our favorite items: paper!  Paper is a biodegradable, renewable, sustainable product. Paperjam gives back by donating proceeds from the sale of our Scrap line to Friends of Trees.

Since 1989, Friends of Trees has been greening our region while growing community. They offer city-approved trees to plant between the sidewalk and street (plus assistance with planting, mulch, stakes, and maintenance checks!). They also partner with a variety of municipalities to help plan trees in large quantities in green spaces.

Neighborhood trees helps cut air conditioning use by 30%, reduces heating use, gives off oxygen, and cuts indoor air pollution in half. This season they planted 50,000 trees and native shrubs!

Do you want a tree on your street? Get a tree, volunteer, or donate!

(Have a tree, but not sure how care for it? Check out their Tree Care Guide!)
